TruGreen Lawn Care - 5550

The grass is growing so well, no more fungus and infestation like we use to before .

They are excellent. Very good. Their follow up was very good.

Called, they took my credit card for a winter fertilization then proceeded to not show up. Called again and they said I wasn't in the system. They called me back 15 minutes later and apologized saying I was in the system but they never set me up. They already ran my credit card and then said they cannot winterize because it is too late. Receptionist was horrible and kept making excuses, I wouldn't use them if they did it for free.

They have cut our grass for the last 8 years and I will continue to use them, They always do a great job.

I get them 5 times per year. It's $56 each visit.? It's fantastic.? My lawn was not the best.? I worked on it for 10 years and was raising nothing but clover.? I told them, "if you can get rid of? the clover, I'll give you the contract".? They got rid of the clover after 3 quick visits. My friend was just here a couple of days ago and commented on how beautiful the lawn is and I told him, I said, yeah I told TruGreen, "if you can get rid of the clover you got the contract".? It's like a golf course.? It's beautiful.? They did a great job.? For $56, you know you can't even buy the stuff.? I used to buy it.? Then all the work. I got a half acre.? It just doesn't pay to do it yourself.? It didn't look as good.? I give them an A across the board.? Absolutely, I would use them again.? My neighbor used them so that's what made me decide to use them.? My yard and my neighbor's yard look the same because TruGreen's doing it.

They did weed removal & trimmed the lawn. They were pretty good.

The lawn is usually $72 a quarter. They're not the best price but they're not the worse.  I am very pleased with them.

They will be out here this month and next month, and so on. They do great work and I’m happy with them. It cost about $75 to $85. They're all about the same.

They were excellent. I pay for the entire thing. The A grades are for everything they have done for me.

They come out six times a year.

They come out once a month, or two months, not in the winter time. Spring, summer, and fall. I think they do a great job. They kill the weeds. I never talk to anybody. They come and go. They leave a thing on the door. They make a phone call that they are going to come. Keep no locks on the gates, so they can get in. There is no problem there. I have never compared to anyone else. I had the weeds, and they came to treat them. They got rid of the weeds. I have never asked them a question. They just come and go. They are there on time. They call the day before, and they always do. Punctuality is not important, you don't have to be there. They just have to get into your yard. One time I said hello, as far as talking about the work, we haven't.

They come out 4 times a year. They are pretty regular. They call you a day before the service. They should keep better records.

We have been using them every year for the last 4-5 years. They come 5- 6 times a year. They usually start in April or May for the first treatment and they come roughly once a month and then they come September and apply the final pre-winter treatment. They are very punctual and they give advance notice when they are coming. They give detailed information on what you can do to prevent or improves this or that. They complete package for the year is about $300-$400 which I think is steep.

They have been fine. I saw a better result of my lawn as far as getting rid of weeds. I do not know if they are doing a bad job at that, but I just wish it was better. I pay $500 for the whole year of service to come out a couple of months. The pricing is fine.

Made no real discernible difference. Also, didn't appreciate their pest control guy coming through my yard without notice and then repeatedly calling about the need for his services. High pressure sales preaching gloom and doom of bugs. Will not sign up next year. If your lawn is dying invest in a sprinkler system.
