"BEWARE TO ALL: Sloppy job not only painting the clawfoot, but the prep for the finished room. Only half the room was prepped and covered with plastic before he started spraying. The paint for the tub was red, so it was clearly visible overspray not only on the bare walls but also the brand-new freshly installed window. The painter returned after I sent pictures and called in with a complaint. He admitted the prep guy did not cover the walls properly and instead of stopping to prep, he sprayed the tub anyway. Can anyone believe that!?!? The owner decided to knock off a couple hundred dollars off the price, buy new paint to repair the walls, and compensate for the time cleaning the paint off the window. Once we opened the new paint, it was the wrong color! Wow...... Also, an employee named Elvis (he didn't specify who he was), reached out to me by email and wanted to come over to inspect, but did not respond once I reached out to him to set up a time. That was weeks ago. The lady that answers the phone was very professional throughout the entire ordeal and she was by far, the best part of the experience. I hope she doesn't have to juggle an experience like this again. She doesn't deserve it. STAY AWAY. THEY WILL PERFORM LAZY, UNPROFFESIONAL WORK."

"I would never hire this company again, which I regret to say. They did my bathroom in March 2025. Complete remodel. It was so poorly done, they had to do it all over again. First time 4 days, second time 3.5 days. Marcus was the salesman that gave me an estimate. Camron and Hector were the first team to come out. They did very sloppy work. They rushed it. Ken, the project manager, even said it looked like a bad DIY project. Details and pics are below. I called to complain, they offered me a 10% discount. And they did give me reimbursement for the 3.5 days of pto I had to use for the second round. They said anything more than 10% would void the warrenty of the work. Discount was really bad, especially for the stress. But I either had to take them to court and get my money back or lose out on money then hire a whole new company, or give them a second shot. The cost to refinish a bathtub is $490 for most homeowners. However, this cost can range from $200 to $1,000 or more, depending on your tub's material and condition.
For example, enamel and cast-iron bathtubs are pretty straightforward to refinish, costing between $350 and $600. However, if you have an antique claw-foot tub, you can expect to pay between $500 and $1,200 for refinishing costs due to the care and complexity needed.
For a standard-sized bathtub with minor damage, it takes approximately 3 to 5 hours to refinish. It might take a bit longer if your bathtub refinishing contractor needs to fill in significant cracks or gouges. This is the same if you have a specialty tub, like an oversized bathtub—you can expect your pro to take a bit on the longer side.
If your bathtub is in overall good shape with minor scratches, discoloration, or just general wear and tear, it's best (and less expensive) to refinish it.

Refinishing a bathtub is worth it if your tub has minor damage or is a color that you don't like. The cost of replacing a bathtub is more expensive than simply refinishing one, averaging around $5,300. It's more cost-effective to refinish your tub if you can, but it also gives you the look of a new bathtub without having to replace the whole thing.
