The service was professional, on-time, and the garage opens and shuts better now then when I bought the place.

Great. Had a small problem they had to come back a day or two later. Don't recall the specific problem. They returned quickly and fixed it.

Leland was extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Over the phone he offered me solutions to keep my current garage door, as well as options to replace. I decided to replace my current door. The door we chose looked amazing, and the new belt driven motor is much quieter and smoother than my previous one. Replaced both cables on the sides of the garage door. Used a heavier gauge cable than was there originally, works great.

I'm very pleased with the service. My garage door seems to be quieter now than it was when it was installed 17 years ago. I'll be using them for any future work on the garage door.

He did the tune-up and also added some heavy duty screws to make the connections stronger with no extra charge. Door is working great!

Service/products were fine. Customer service was not good. Gentleman sounded lazy and disturbed on the phone. Seemed like he was unorganized when scheduling and was tired and sloppy sounding on the phone

Outstanding. Was out the next day to fix the spring, arrived on time, called ahead to let us know when he'd be there. Work was done quickly and a job well done. Hired again to do door maintenance and it's now like a new door and opener. Can't go wrong, great service!

I had all the rollers replaced. The door is much more quiet now.

Exceptionally well

A++++!! LG Exteriors came out to the house within the hour to replace a broken spring on my garage door. All the other repair companies wanted to charge an extra $200 overtime charge for the weekend job and couldn't make it till the afternoon. This was the only company that could come out right away and charge a fair price. The repairman called 15 minutes before arriving and promptly got to work replacing the springs. My door was old and he recommended much needed repairs to the rollers as well. I agreed since I knew it was making lots of noise and the price was very reasonable. He even tightened up some other bolts and made sure that everything was operating smoothly. He also advised that our motor was getting near the end of its service life and would need to be replaced in the next few years, but it was more of a friendly warning to be prepared for the cost down the road instead of an attempt to up-sell another service. Very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend to others!

The tune-up was completed as advertised. The worker also fixed a small problem (bad wire connection) that was not listed, and he gave a thorough explanation about garage door care. Overall, he did a very good job, and I would definitely use the company again.
