"my phone was in perfect working in order when i took it in to get the screen repaired. after 2hrs the guy said he saw something with my home button and was going to order another and replace for free. there was nothing wrong with the home button when i took it in but thought he knew what he was talking about. so in the mean time he placed a vitural home button that i have to use. the 2nd another 1 1/2 hours, same guy said to bring it back the next because his tech was better at it than him. 3rd trip, the tech informed me that replacing the home button would not restore my touch id. he suggested i take the phone to apple. i asked why should i have to pay out of pocket since the other guy messed it up. he said he could be in the home button so i wouldnt have to use the virtual or he could refund money for the screen. since i did not want them damaging my phone worse, i took the refund. my phone no longer has a working home and i am stuck with a virtural button. they should have replaced my phone since they have employees who do not know what they are doing and cause more damage than you had before bringing it in. horrible business, do not take your phone here."
