Gary was very courteous and professional. He returned all my calls promptly and gave me an ETA so I could run an errand the day that we set up the appointment. When he got there on Friday, he took the time to look at the toliet and give two estimtes, one to and quot;fixand quot; it and one to replace it. We decided to replace it on Monday giving us time to buy a new one that weekend. He went as far as to give me the size and what features to look for.
He arrived promptly Monday at the agreed upon time and was in and out within two hours and we now have a working downstairs basement bathroom again.
I would highly recommend Gary to anyone. He doesn't BS you about price, he gives you options and is just generally a nice guy.

They have done extensive work for us in the past and have always been very responsive, reasonable and efficient. I highly recommend them and have referred many friends who also have found them to do excellent work.

This work was done in conjunction with a master bath remodel that another service provider New Albany Tile was doing. They coordinated the timing and I couldn't be more thrilled. Very professional, answered all questions. I'm saving my pennies as I would love to have our 2nd bath tub replaced. Very easy to work with, returned calls in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them.

Gary did a fantastic job, and I liked him a lot. I made a phone call, and he was out here in less than two hours. I did not shop around, but the price seemed fine to me; I did not have any problem writing the check. The quality of the work seems to be fine, and the new sump pump has done a great job for five months. I have known Gary for a number of years, and he has done lots of work for me in this house and the house I had before. He is reliable. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future if necessary.

We have used Gary, the owner, for all of our plumbing needs the past few years. His price is the market rate for plumbing. He is always very responsive, punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He has replaced our garbage disposal, installed a backup sump pump, and replaced our toilets. He is very prompt at coming to the service call and then very timely in fixing a problem or completing a project. He is also very courteous, professional, and polite, willing to answer your questions and explain the use and maintenance of every item he installs. We recommend Gary to everyone.

The bathtub drain in my 1957-built house-on a-concrete-slab had been an on-going problem, for years. We had various companies come out and unstop the drain, only to have the problem recur a few days, weeks, or months, later. This time, the back-up appeared to be from the main sewer trunk line...the mess in the tub was black and full of "debris" and it continued to rise in the tub, as day after day I dipped and disposed of this liquid and solid matter. When I called Heinmiller (because of the reviews I had read on Angie's List), Gary worked around my schedule and came out as soon as I could be home. He arrived promptly, calling ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was professional in every way, from start to finish, being clean and well-groomed, courteous, pleasantly friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I showed him where the bathtub was, briefly brought him up-to-date on my latest efforts at draining it, and left him to work a miracle. He did just that, in less than 15 minutes, which included a thorough clean-up of the area. He then told me what he did and what he had not had to do, which relieved my fears of having to have my yard dug up (beaucoup $), and told me if I experienced any more problems to give him a call. He did not try to sell me more expensive procedures or products. That was seven (7) months ago and my tub is still draining like a charm, not even a slowdown! Yes, I would definitely hire Heinmiller Plumbing and Gary again! I definitely got my money's worth, in every way. Thank you, Gary! Great job!!!

We use Gary Evans for all of our household plumbing repairs, installation, and drain cleaning. He's trustworthy, always does a good job, he's punctual, and friendly.

This separate meter with a dedicated line can save you money on your overall water bill. He did a fine job. It was really expensive, which is why we have not used Heinmiller again. It did not take him long to do the job. We had him do work before and he had always been reasonable, so that is why we were so surprised at the price. He is a good job and does good work, it just cost more than we expected. We have no complaints. He is very professional and cleans up after the job. He is very friendly. We have had him back several times in 2 different homes. We could have asked for an estimate and did not, since we have had such good prices in the past. We were not angry and paid it, but thought to ourselves that maybe it is time to shop around. He does work right the first time and does not need to come back and fix things and cleans up after himself well.

Charged $338 (we could have bought and installed a totally new toilet for this amount of money). I gave him a check in full and asked for a receipt. He said he'd mail one. I called more than one week later asking for a receipt. He said he hadn't gotten to it yet. It's now August, still no receipt. I am very unhappy and I believe I was overcharged.

I called Gary to have the toilet fixed. He called right back and agreed to come otu the next. day.

He sounds very honest and trustworthy. He doesn't try and push anything on you. He will tell you whether you really need anything.

Gary is an angel. I've called him before and he responded to my call within minutes. He called back to say he was on the way. He got here and unplugged my drain in less than two hours! Can't ask for better than that. I tell him I'm on Angie's List and he smiles.

They were great, competent and educated. They knew what they were doing and I would recommend them to everyone. I felt that they did great work and were very professional. He was terrific as far as service, but his fee is high.
