"12/22/18 went to Cell Phone Repair (CPR) for a battery replacement. Was told approximately $100 ($50 battery/$50 labor), and it would take 1.5 hrs. to complete. I came back 1.5 hrs. later, and was told my phone was damaged during the work. He said he had another phone in stock (same make/model), and would use it to fix mine. After waiting just over 3 hrs, I received my white Samsung phone that now had a blue face on it. He waived the labor, and charged me for the battery. Later that day I noticed the Home button wasn't working right, if it worked at all. I had to press it in exactly the right spot, or mash it down for it to work. Just after New Year I noticed what felt like something moving around inside the phone when I picked it up. 1/3/18 my phone went dead. Wouldn't charge, wouldn't power up. 1/4/18 I returned to CPR. He said this happens if the battery comes loose inside the phone. It then becomes disconnected from the charging port. He said he could fix the battery, but I would have to come back at another time to have the Home button repaired. 1/8/18 I returned to have the Home button repaired. I picked the phone up after a 2 hour wait, and left. On the way home I realized the case that was now on my phone (flimsy, rubber) was not my Otterbox case. I immediately called the store, and was told he gave my case to someone else. He said he was working on 2 phones at the same time, and got them confused. (Hey, mine is the one with the white back and blue front because you damaged it the first time). They did not have my case in stock, and he said he would order one. It took exactly 1 month to get my case in."
