"I was very impressed with the quality and efficiency of the work performed by Ivan G., Antony M., and Austin W. I had been experiencing high humidity and odors from a crawlspace that needed to be encapsulated. The team came at about 9 a.m. and were finished by noon. They installed a double layer of material (a thick waffle-like layer and a top layer of heavy plastic) in the crawlspace, and up the walls. They applied foam to the perimeter beams. They installed a dehumidifier which empties directly into the sump pump and which self-boots after a power-outage. As the three men worked, I noticed their focus, team work, and knowledge of the process. It was like watching a ballet. They were excellent workers, courteous, and experienced. Highly trained. They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers. This 5 star review is for Chris' & CJ's performance only. Cost is unknown as our condo assn would handle costs, if any. Should be zero as this should be warranty work."
