I had stay dry install a drain in the exact spot I was having my problems and they ran the drain line to the city storm drain and even brought in dirt to raise the low part of my yard up to help try to make it flat so it looks better. The guys that work for this company really do work extremely hard. They didnâ t stop all day and was able to complete the project in just one day. They arrived at my house on the day they said they would be there, the job took as long as they said it would take, and they left my yard in much better shape than I was expecting. "We had a serious water problem in our finished basement caused by the previous owner ignoring and covering things up prior to sale. We ended up needing to have the whole basement redone, and I wanted to make sure it was done right. EverDry came in with a great price and completed the job in less than a week, including both outdoor (waterproofing) and inside work (drainage channels, sump pump, air filtration). Everyone was very professional and made sure they explained what was being done and what we could expect. We have had only one major issue since this work was performed about 7 years ago which had to do with the sump pump - it took a few visits to isolate the issue, but they were able to replace the part(s) that were causing a problem - a float and a control panel - and all was covered under warranty. I believe they even replaced the battery for me since the other problems had caused the battery to drain more quickly and expire prematurely. I love the fact that they have a renewable warranty ($75 per year) and all work is covered. Everyone is always super helpful and friendly whenever I've needed to call with any questions."

"Chris & CJ from Stay Dry repaired a leak in our exterior gutter drain system that was originally installed by Stay Dry in 2021. They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers. This 5 star review is for Chris' & CJ's performance only. Cost is unknown as our condo assn would handle costs, if any. Should be zero as this should be warranty work."
