The only negative was the cleanup after the work, which was a mess and required my wife to call and have someone come back to cleanup. Our gutter installation was a completely different story. It took the team an entire week to show up to install the gutters following the siding repair. When they showed up on a Saturday morning, they dumped several boxes and gutters into our front lawn and left 10 mins later. The boxes remained in our yard 2 to 3 days with no phonecall or sight of the crew. They finally showed back up and finished the job...yet again without a phonecall that they were coming. When we received our bill we were charged for gutter guards being installed, although they were not. The individual on the phone removed the charge when we called and told us they would come install them anyway free of charge...it's been 9 months and we are still waiting. Finally for the size of the job, the price seemed a tad steep at 4000 dollars."
