"BM Custodio Painting and Construction did a fantastic job painting our 5000+ sq ft home from top to bottom!! We did our due diligence and met with several contractors on the same day to obtain quotes for our large painting project. First impressions were that Luis' company would be our top pick given he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with during our initial meeting.  Before deciding, we gathered all our quotes- BM Custodio sent their estimate back first- and we were pleasantly surprised that his price came in less than the other quotes we received. We contracted them to perform numerous drywall repairs and paint all 3 floors of our home to include ceilings, trim, walls, coffered ceilings, and doors in their entirety!! This was a big undertaking and they did a super job!! "They did get the job done right. We had a few rain delays but they would have probably been here consecutively if the weather had not interfered. They had to replace many particle board faux stucco panels on the outside of my house and cedar boards that were eaten up by either the weather or woodpeckers. They fixed all of that and painted the entire house and now it looks fantastic."
