"OAI leveled and resurfaced our 25 year old elevated, multi tiered deck as well as replaced the steps and repaired some of the railings . Abe provided a detailed plan and bid; he was open to make changes and additions once he began the job. He and his crew were respectful of our property; cleaning the site as they went. "I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

We own an old house so finding the wood to match was difficult but he went to several stores and found an acceptable part and stained it to match almost perfectly. Did a beautiful job on the house & meticulously painted our wrought iron fence! Loved using email for communication. VERY RESPONSIVE-unlike any other painters we had contacted.
