Like my experience with Cincinnati Gutter boys, the service, professionalism, and job quality was outstanding. It was a HUGE job (picture is for a portion of only the top deck), with a lot of need for coordination, but they took it on at a very fair price and did an amazing job. Even our general contractor's finish carpenter commented on what a great job they did and in my experience, contractors rarely praise someone else's work. "BM Custodio Painting and Construction did a fantastic job painting our 5000+ sq ft home from top to bottom!! We did our due diligence and met with several contractors on the same day to obtain quotes for our large painting project. First impressions were that Luis' company would be our top pick given he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with during our initial meeting.  Before deciding, we gathered all our quotes- BM Custodio sent their estimate back first- and we were pleasantly surprised that his price came in less than the other quotes we received. We contracted them to perform numerous drywall repairs and paint all 3 floors of our home to include ceilings, trim, walls, coffered ceilings, and doors in their entirety!! This was a big undertaking and they did a super job!!
