Like my experience with Cincinnati Gutter boys, the service, professionalism, and job quality was outstanding. It was a HUGE job (picture is for a portion of only the top deck), with a lot of need for coordination, but they took it on at a very fair price and did an amazing job. Even our general contractor's finish carpenter commented on what a great job they did and in my experience, contractors rarely praise someone else's work. Special recognition to Travis, who went the extra mile and went out of his way to communicate with us in a timely and proactive fashion. I would highly recommend them for any size job you have."

"After contacting a number of contractors to get estimates for this job, I chose Gray Painting because I thought the proposal I received from Jason Gray, owner/operator of Gray Painting, sounded like it had the best plan for prep work for the job. This was important to me since properly preparing the surface to be painted is a big factor in ending up with a good paint job. Also, Gray's price was in line with the quote from the contractor who offered what I thought was the second-best prep plan, and I was favorably impressed with the timeliness of correspondence with Jason (quote given at the time of initial visit, phone calls always returned by the end of the next business day). As for the work done on this job, two men came on the day the project was scheduled to begin, and they worked diligently to scrape and sand (used an orbital sander) to remove the peeling paint and years of accumulated dirt and grime. (The paint was too far gone to power wash; there would have been paint chips blasted everywhere, and it would have gotten the exposed wood underneath all wet.) After scraping and sanding, they brushed off the loose paint chips and dust from sanding, and then they applied a coat of oil-based primer. (Jason had said they would use an oil-based primer to help stop the nails from rusting through the paint again.) Lastly they applied Sherwin-Williams acrylic latex paint. They were able to get most of the job done in one day; Jason came by himself the next day and finished up what was left to be done. Everyone was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and readily answered any questions I had. They all put tarps down before they started work to keep from getting paint chips/sanding dust or fresh paint on the ground/driveway as they worked. And I don't think they got any paint on the brick walls at all. It has now been almost a year since they painted, and it all still looks great. I would highly recommend Gray Painting."

"Hatton Painting has been my to go to painter for several years. Originally they painted the outside of my house and the inside. This past year we contacted them to paint a new garage front that had been replaced. we also contracted with them to paint the inside of my house again, we had added a room from the original also. They were here at 9:00 am every day and were neat and professional while here. we also contracted to have the rest of the garage and the outside of the house repainted. This was done this year. There was damage to our sunroom and garage which meant wood needed to be replaced. The carpentry work and the painting went smoothly and we have nothing but good things to say about Mike and Mary Hatton, Do not plan to do any painting in the near future but will make them the first call and have and will continue to suggest them to friends looking for painting to be done. They also pressure washed both my decks which really needed to be done before the job was finished."

"BM Custodio Painting and Construction did a fantastic job painting our 5000+ sq ft home from top to bottom!! We did our due diligence and met with several contractors on the same day to obtain quotes for our large painting project. First impressions were that Luis' company would be our top pick given he was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and easy to communicate with during our initial meeting.  Before deciding, we gathered all our quotes- BM Custodio sent their estimate back first- and we were pleasantly surprised that his price came in less than the other quotes we received. We contracted them to perform numerous drywall repairs and paint all 3 floors of our home to include ceilings, trim, walls, coffered ceilings, and doors in their entirety!! This was a big undertaking and they did a super job!!
