"Horrible. I don't know who provided the A ratings or how they achieved those, but it was no where near my experience. First, I was hit on by the owner. He alluded to it being friendly and a joke, but he later continued when in my home to work. His bid was over double everyone else's. I had received 5-6 bids. When I advised the owner, Kraig, of this, he matched the other quotes I was given. I had one more bid for the next day and advised the next day that I was going with the other company. He then dropped the price lower, so that I would go with them. Seeing the A ratings and other reviews, I didn't think I could go wrong. He also had promised that he believes in the customer being happy and fully satisfied with their work. He said it would take 2 maybe 3 days to complete the work. This was the same as the other quotes I received. He said he would start the following day. He came out with another worker to prep the floors. They did a little prep work, but not what he had explained they would do. Instead, the other worker wanted to discuss the price, which I advised that if they weren't happy with the agreed to price, that's fine, I could call the other company in who could start that Friday. They said that was the price they agreed to and would do it. The owner said he wanted to win my future business and knew I would be pleased with their work. He wanted to do whatever it would take for me to be happy. (Mind you, the other worker, made a comment that I perceived as a hit-on, but I dismissed it. Later, he commented on my looks, which let me know it was most likely a hit on.) The owner said he would begin the installation the next day, Friday, if the flooring was available. The flooring was available. He dropped the planks off on Friday, but now said he'd start the install on Monday. He had said he had another project beginning the next Friday, and would be done by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. I had told him several times how I wanted the work done ASAP. That night, around 10:30PM, the other worker texts to connect on a business site. I accept. He then texts me a few times saying he needs to speak with me right away. This is very unsettling, I respond the next day that we can speak on Monday. Monday comes and they shows up for work later than I was told they'd arrive. They work for about an hour and then leave for lunch around 11AM. They come back and work for about 2-3 hours and call it a day. The whole time they are working, they argue about how the floor is supposed to go in. They complain about the cuts and how hard the installation is. They say they are tired and just seemingly unhappy about the work. This happens throughout the entire installation. They ask if they can come earlier in the morning the next day, I say of course. They ask how early is too early? I say they are welcome as early as 6 AM, should they choose. They say they will arrive at 9AM. There are just a few rows of flooring installed. Tuesday comes and they arrive at 9:30AM. More complaining and arguing. They break for lunch about an hour in. I go to look at the work and to my heartbreak and dismay, they have damaged the posts on my staircase. They have also cut the stringer. I'm perplexed. I speak with the owner when they return and he says they needed to cut it to get the planks in. It is not what we discussed how it would go in and it was cut way too high and not in a straight line. I am well versed in interior-architectural design and this is wrong. I've completed site/project punch-out lists, so I'm aware. In our conversation, he says he will do whatever it takes to make it right and me happy. I say okay. They leave early for the day again around 2 or 3PM. I send him images of the costs to replace the posts, including stain, etc. The next morning, they are late and do not speak when I greet them. I stand to speak with them, but they are visibly upset. I turn to leave, they start on the posts. We go over their damaging my posts and stringer. In the end, the owner says he will do whatever it takes to make me happy. They want to trim it out and see what I think, I say I need time to process it. The next morning, the owner arrives earlier than the other. He says he wants to get more of the floor laid out, but he spends his time talking with me about the other, telling me his personal business and issues. He did apologize for the other texting me, which he had done again very late on another night and I told him not to text me in front of the owner. And what does he do after apologizing for the unprofessional behavior and telling me that he will do whatever it is to make it right? He hits on me. I could continue with the events of every day, but it is the same. They were late (starting around 11 AM or thereafter a number of days), took 1-2 hour lunches, argued and complained, made smart comments to me...just VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. On their last day in my home, the owner just sat around saying he was tired. A project that was supposed to take 2-3 days at the most, took them 2 weeks...14 days. And, they still didn't complete it. The other worker , Randy, was also a plumber. He had begun telling me he would do this and that at no cost (to make up for my stair posts). Long story short, he did not keep his word and asked if I would give them a couple hundred dollars or more! I asked the owner to pick up his tools and to not return. Even in our last conversation, he would say he wanted to make me happy. I'd tell him what would make me happy, but he wouldn't do it (then or throughout the job). There are issues with my floor, they caused damage to my home, the trim was not installed, my toilet and vanity not reset. I would NOT rehire them if they were the last remodeling company on the planet. I hope this review is helpful for someone. To give you a final idea, one of them said they were not able to get away with anything on this (my) job. I hope that puts it into perspective."

In 1990 I started to Install Drywall with the compound then I did Framing for Smaller project I do install ceramic tiles and marble for kitchen bathrooms and backsplash, Painting, Flooring, Doors and Windows. on 2017 I decided to start flipping houses so I did 7 houses Most of the work I did it myself to keep myself busy when it was very hard to get any employee to work . Every single house got sold they paid me more than what I asked for because of the quality of work that I did, you have to see it to believe it , I flip ugly tables into a marble looking by adding epoxy on it 👍 don’t settle for less get the best for your house. It’s one of the best investment you make for a better price than the others

NATURE STONE is the largest stone and epoxy flooring company in the United States. Founded in 1989, NATURE STONE engineered a specially formulated, patent-pending, propriety epoxy resin made especially for use in stone and epoxy flooring. This special epoxy is what gives NATURE STONE flooring its beauty, durability and long-lasting qualities. No other stone and epoxy flooring company can compare in quality to authentic Nature Stone flooring.

"Signed a contract back on April 2, 2025. They were supposed to be out on Wednesday, May 21. They called me two hours before they were supposed to be here to cancel because of the chance of rain. We had zero rain here from 7:45 AM all the way to 3:30 PM. I wasted a vacation day as well. Contacted my salesman. He tells me he will get back to me. Here we are two days later and still no idea when the appointment is supposed to happen. Communication is poor at best. Amazing that a company that's been in business this long plays games like this."

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

Professional installation ensures seamless fitting, extended carpet life, and compliance with workplace standards.

A subfloor will often last for the life of the house—somewhere between 50 and 100 years—if it avoids water damage, mold, termites, and other things that can cause it to age faster. If a subfloor sees continued exposure to moisture, it can warp, grow mold, or rot and last a much shorter time.

You can get away with stretching the carpet with some remaining items of furniture, so long as you have ready access to the parts of the carpet that require maintenance and you are not stretching through the furniture, as this leads to tears and fraying. Try to remove at least 50% of the furniture if you can’t remove it all.

Concrete flooring, particularly sealed concrete, is the lowest maintenance flooring available. It is affordable, durable, and can last more than 100 years if you seal it and care for it. Far from just being a boring gray, you can stain, stamp, and even paint concrete to match your style and decor. If concrete is not your thing, consider ceramic tile flooring. It is waterproof, stain resistant, and perfect for wet rooms like kitchens and bathrooms. Luxury vinyl tile also requires very little care; it is water and stain resistant, very durable, and affordable.

Moso bamboo, Phyllostachys edulis, is the most commonly used species for bamboo flooring. Moso bamboo is native to China and Taiwan, and it was later introduced to Japan and then the United States. In addition to flooring, Moso bamboo is used in textile production, and the shoots are edible. Moso is one of the fastest-growing plants in the world, which is why it’s an affordable and sustainable option compared to traditional hardwood.
