"Eric's team was punctual and thorough. They knew we had pets so they made sure to put up protective covers around the doorways and halls to make sure that no one was exposed to chemicals. The job took about 3 hours. They had to work in a very cramped space, which most others providers didn't seem to want to do."

"I got a call in response to my ad for a roof inspection. We discussed the details of what was needed. They said sure, they would be there at 12.30pm and we agreed on a price. I sent a follow up email outlining the details of what was required as well so we were all on the same page. At 2pm, no one has showed up still. I called, no answer. Emailed, no answer. Texted and get a response, "sorry we can't do the work". Incredibly frustrating, and no communication after committing to the work. All it takes is a simple call rather than leaving people waiting and wasting their time."
