John met with the insurance adjuster to answer any questions he might have. The adjuster agreed there was hail damage and started the process of getting the check sent to us. John then explained to contact our bank that had our mortgage and to ask them what we needed to do. The bank had specific requirements for us to complete before the whole process could begin. John and his crew was very professional and I would defiantly rec amend him to any one looking to replace or install a new roof. He took the extra time to install the shingles right. If there were any questions he would talk to my wife or my self to make sure it was the way we wanted it. He made no assumptions. John was the most enjoyable contractor I have ever dealt with and you could tell he took pride in his work. He is from the local area and his statement to us was he is not going any where and he will still be here if we were to have any problems."
