Picture Perfect Window Cleaning LLC.

THEY DON’T DO STORM WINDOWS. Scheduled appointment for 3:30-4:30 p.m. they show up at 2:30 p.m. and canceled my appointment because I wasn’t home. I called and received no apology just that I wasn’t home so my appointment was canceled. I told them I have text confirmation for the time I needed to be home and they said they had a cancellation at 4 p.m. and could take us at that time. They didn’t show up until 5 p.m. and had no idea how to clean a storm window which they estimated prior to even scheduling. They said they don’t take storm windows a part to clean???? And all I wanted from this service was this window done. I wish if they didn’t do these type of windows they wouldn’t estimate you. They should say they don’t take care of that. I am very disappointed!!

They’re prompt, fast, pleasant, honest and do a good job. I will highly recommend and continue to use them.

Owner of the company came out and gave an estimate. We scheduled and appointment. The workers called before coming. They were very organized, efficient and very friendly. The work was excellent. We were very pleased with the process, the outcome, the price and the friendly nature of the workers. We will definitely continue calling Picture Perfect Window Cleaning LLC. for window cleaning. We plan to use them for the Christmas season. Great Company!

I've used them the last 3 or 4 years. They do a very good job. They are very professional and efficient. They do an excellent job cleaning my windows. The owner, Jose, is responsive. They are very thorough and would recommend to friends and neighbors.
