"I had a great experience with this contractor. I needed a quote on many projects and they were very versitile. I ended up only needing them for a painting project, but they did a great job, no hassle, they were the first and just about the only one who responded to my request on H.A. "I initially purchased a "Big Deal" for painting a few small exterior areas. Later that summer, following a city home inspection, I hired Kiss Coatings to paint the remainder of the house Kiss Coatings did a thorough job and were respectful when it came to communicating and cleaning up. However, they promised to return the following summer to do any necessary touch-up painting, which they did not do. I sent repeated messages to ask them to follow through on a couple of areas but I never received a response."

"The job took longer than promised. There were added extra charges to the contract. Otherwise they did a great job. i was especially happy with the concrete work.
