They leveled and put in pavers in an area where it was sinking, the cleared all around our fencing, cleaned out growth my husband and I couldnâ t, and did a terrific job. We talked to 4 other landscapers about plans for a new yard install and landscaping for our newly built home and we chose Palmer's for a number of reasons. Brian Palmer was the only one to ask if we had deer come through our property and when we said yes, he recommended a variety of plants that the deer would ignore yet still give us a nice option of colors and shapes. We had some very specific requests like gray boulders, black mulch and a mix of colorful plants that he was able to acquire, install and arrange for us. We told him we had a budget we wanted to stick too and did not want any upsell and they listened to us. It has been over two months now since the work has been completed and a smile still comes to our face every time we walk through our yard. All this and they were still one of the best price estimates we received.

I called Palmer's because we bought a home and weren't able to move right after close. The grass was badly in need of a cut when we took possession, but we were unable to easily transport our mower. Brian was the only landscaper we found with good ratings that called us back the same day. He is incredibly responsive. Within 24 hours he had our lawn mowed. The quality of the mow was very good, but a few edges needed a little more attention. That said, the grass was very long, so I'm sure with continued cutting and maintenance, that will improve. His price for the lawn was the best we received from anyone. He gave us timely quotes for other work we needed, including snow removal, and those prices were excellent as well. Highly recommended.

This project was definitely top notch. They showed up promptly each day, stayed as long as it took to complete the day's work, and thoroughly cleaned up when the job was done. Also, the crew was very friendly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

This was first time they were out

The estimator did not transfer the instructions to the installers, and much of it had to be redone. Part of the work was installed incorrectly twice. Adhesive was left in the landscape beds and a stain on the driveway was never cleaned. Stonework was not lined up with the adjacent blocks.
