The second time there were some some issues (not timely, no dehumidifier, didn't communicate well, took steps without checking first) but once they realized there were issues they got in touch with us and corrected those issues professionally. "The guys insulated my attic with blown in cellulose, which added an R value of 42 to my entire attic space.  There was only 2" of insulation when I purchased my home so it was DEFINITELY needed.  They also air sealed all the bypasses in the ceilings, installed baffles in every other rafter channel, and added 8 new soffit vents.  They even removed and replaced my old soffit vent covers and installed new ones!! They are coming back in the spring, once the snow is gone, to install the insulated vent pipes for the bathroom fans through roof caps.  I could not have been happier with the work that A&J insulation completed on my house.  Jerry was a great guy, easy to get ahold of, and a pleasure to work with.  I will recommend A&J to my family and friends and would definitely use them for any of my future insulation needs.
