"I needed a quick turnaround wallpaper removal/new paint job for my mom?s room as I was in town for a short time. Five Star Painting got it done? a two-day, amazing transformation of her room! The FSP team moved the furniture away from the walls, taped all down airtight, and removed the old wallpaper and chair rail. They cleaned the *entire* work area so my mom was able to sleep in her own bed that night. Second day, they sanded down the dings, cracks, and imperfections in the walls, and had them freshly painted? in addition to the ceiling and closet ?by the end of the day! It looks like brand new drywall! They cleaned every speck of dust from their work area! The FSP team was always on time, worked fast, but also efficiently and professionally. I will definitely call FSP when my parents are ready to tackle the rest of the wallpaper in their other rooms. I highly recommend FSP for wallpaper removal and paint jobs. "We had a flood due to a water supply line break in our under our kitchen sink.  The cabinet under our sink, as well as our hardwood floors were extremely wet due to the amount of water that gushed out of the burst lines.  Additionally, our basement was also affected (it was raining through the ceiling) and the ceiling and floor tiles were ruined.  Puro Clean came out that day, inspected the damage and brought in the equipment the next morning.  We were very happy with the professionalism of the Puro Clean staff and are confident our home is sufficiently dry to make repairs to affected areas.  We cannot comment yet on the price as we have not received a bill yet."

"I was lucky and it required only a new, fatter wax ring for the toilet to seal it properly and then fixing the cosmetic damage to the ceiling and wall, priming and painting.  Rodney and Adam were courteous, professional, neat and tidy and took the time to explain every step before they completed the work. "The guys insulated my attic with blown in cellulose, which added an R value of 42 to my entire attic space.  There was only 2" of insulation when I purchased my home so it was DEFINITELY needed.  They also air sealed all the bypasses in the ceilings, installed baffles in every other rafter channel, and added 8 new soffit vents.  They even removed and replaced my old soffit vent covers and installed new ones!! They are coming back in the spring, once the snow is gone, to install the insulated vent pipes for the bathroom fans through roof caps.  I could not have been happier with the work that A&J insulation completed on my house.  Jerry was a great guy, easy to get ahold of, and a pleasure to work with.  I will recommend A&J to my family and friends and would definitely use them for any of my future insulation needs.

"We originally did a report on this company when the work was performed. We rated this company all A's. About 6 months after the install, we noticed that a tile was cracked but we did not do anything about it. A year after the install, we called Tip Top Tile back to the house because we notice there were about 10 tiles cracked. He came to the house and very quickly indicated that it was not an installation problem that it was a problem with our tiles. He indicated that they were poor quality. He also stated that there was nothing more he could do. Bob never informed us when he was installing the tiles that they were of poor quality. Actually, he said they were average quality. If he would have indicated that they were poor quality, I would have purchased new tiles. Bob also never made us sign anything indicating that the tiles were poor quality and that he was not responsible if there was a problem down the road. Here we are three and a half years later and approximately 30 - 40 percent of our tiles are cracked.There are jagged edges and we have cut ourselves while cleaning the floor. It is very dangerous and the floor has to be replaced. We contacted other installers and each installer indicated Bob did a poor job because he did not put thin set down before he put the cement board down. Bob cut corners and we are now paying for it. The floor is still shifting due to the heating and cooling and the tiles are cracking. Average price to have my floor ripped up and a new floor installed is approximately 8,000 to 10,000. We contacted an attorney and discussed the case with him. The attorney agreed that corners were cut and that it was the fault of the installer. The only problem is that we only had two years to seek legal action and we were to late. If you use Tip Top Tile, please beware. We will not use him again."
