They did gutter tightening, cleaning and landscape cleanup outside. Inside they painted a room, installed a vanity, installed 2 sinks, installed some can lighting, outlets and finished lining my basement ceiling. they had a great attitude and were willing to help with any and everything around the house. They got the work done in just a few days for very reasonable pricing and left the place clean. I will be keeping their number for any follow ups when when we get the inspection back for the buyers. I had a small, 1st floor bathroom that was an addition at one point, I think. Slab on grade. The foundation for this room was cracked and leaking water, underneath the bathroom floor. Don't ask me how we found out. ;-P A lot of foundation companies did not get back to me, I think because the job was too small (because I did not want to waterproof my entire basement. AquaProof was responsive and well-priced. They dug the foundation out all around the bathroom, patched the crack with concrete, then tar. Laid a drain tile around the foundation, then tied it into an existing storm line. On the inside, they bolted on concrete strips over top of the crack, then filled in the floor with concrete. Knocked everything out in two days! It's rained heavily several times in the months since then, and no more leaks!

This allows me to keep it simple, and give my customers the respect that they deserve from start to finish. Also because my company is so small, I do not accept credit cards, but will gladly accept a personal check or cash. I am licensed as a roofer for the city of Columbus, also bonded, and insured.

I called James at 7:30 on Monday morning. I explained that after the weekend storms I discovered a leak coming through the roof. James told me he could be out the same day. At 1:00 James called me and arrived at my home. He assessed the leak, took a photo to show me the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. I've seen no leaking since then. James is fast, thorough, and reasonably priced. I will call him again when the need arises.
