They did gutter tightening, cleaning and landscape cleanup outside. Inside they painted a room, installed a vanity, installed 2 sinks, installed some can lighting, outlets and finished lining my basement ceiling. they had a great attitude and were willing to help with any and everything around the house. They got the work done in just a few days for very reasonable pricing and left the place clean. I will be keeping their number for any follow ups when when we get the inspection back for the buyers. Mark is a great guy and a man of honor. Every agreement he made with me was kept - to a "T"!! I was so pleased, that I provided a fabulous lunch and "snack" after job completion - replete with "refreshments". I would HIGHLY recommend Mark and his team for any roofing, or construction project. I wanted to comment on Integrity 1st Roofing. On 4/1/19, Shaun came to my home to inspect my roof and give me a bid on a replacement. He was a true professional. He explained everything to my satisfaction and explained each step that would be taken during the replacement. The communication from Carolyn in the office was also exceptional. She sent additional information I requested to aid in my decision and checked several times to ensure I had received it. A pleasurable experience all around. I would have no problem recommending this company to family and friends looking for a roofing estimate.
