They also regraded the exterior of the home AND installed an E-Z Breathe system to improve moisture/humidity levels in the home. The work was completed professionally and according to the agreed upon schedule. They even came back to extend the exterior drainage pipe when a minor landscape issue occurred several years after the install. While other neighbors continue to have basement water problems, my home has been completely dry!!! Very happy I decided to go with EverDry!"

"After job was done. Water was found in the crawl space. They came to check it and could not find where the water was coming from instead of further investigating. Then they cut two holes in the sealed lining which is supposed to be sealed. The drain pipe they installed just drains out into my yard and now I have water standing in my back yard. Very poor. Now I have other problems."

They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers. This 5 star review is for Chris' & CJ's performance only. Cost is unknown as our condo assn would handle costs, if any. Should be zero as this should be warranty work."
