Reviewed all materials with me and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. He pointed the heat exchanger crack is the TRANE’s known issue and covered by them until January of 2025. Dirty blower wheel is due to improper installation…left a huge gap at the other end of filter housing. He said Logan will clean the wheel for free because it was installed incorrectly (left a wide gap from where all the dirt and dust is sucked up even after the filter). He said it is company’s responsibility to do the right job and assured me that Logan will call to schedule to take care that issue free of charge. Hoping to get it fixed ASAP."
