"We've got an early 80's Zicka 4 BR house. Turns out the foundation drainage wasn't done properly when the house was built...our sump pump only drained ~1/4 of the basement because water doesn't flow uphill. Everdry jack-hammered the inside perimeter of the basement, replaced the drain system, installed a Cadillac-grade sump pump, trenched around the outside of the foundation, installed plastic sheeting & french drains. I've never seen a crew work like them. Wasn't cheap, but the job definitely wasn't easy. I hope Ian the crewleader runs for president."

"I had OBA install outdoor french drains and new downspouts a couple of years before they waterproofed my basement. They were the only company I could find who did it all. Basement waterproofing included removing old, putting in new: full inside perimeter drainage, enlarge sump pit, 2 sump pumps, I-beams and carbon fiber straps. Added in brand new: battery backup for sump and vapor barrier on most affected wall. When my basement got wet a year later after the work was done, they didn't hesitate to schedule someone to inspect. If was heavy condensation, barely a thin puddle compared to 2 inches of flowing water. They had to rework a 6 ft section and add cement around the I-beams, each on their own call outs. They didn't charge because I have a lifetime warranty, transferable to the next owner. I'll be working with them again soon for a professional level dehumidifier."

We did call hey Mr. cotton in Louisville who is in the same ZIP Code as we are in. He was reluctant to come to our address because he felt it was too far. But he did offered to come to our home reluctantly. But he would not come for the "even an Angie's list or our plumbing problem. Therefore we contacted Lenhart's plumbing which is a much greater distance from my home and they performed the necessary plumbing had a much llower cost and want to have a harsh. "In all of the 24 years that we've lived in our home, our sump pump never kicked on. We just assumed that it was because it didn't have to because our property is on a hill, but it turns out that it was rusted solid. Also, the water pipes from the downspouts on the west side of the house to the street were clogged with soil and/or roots, and were not draining rain water underground to the street's gutter efficiently, so in a heavy downpour, the excess water was seeping through the concrete blocks of our foundation on that side of the house. Luckily, we discovered water on the floor in our basement before it got to be a major problem, and we scheduled a crew from Stay Dry Waterproofing to install a new sump pump and all new PVC pipes underground. They showed up on Monday morning as promised, and spent several hours tunneling under the mulch beds next to our house and down the hill, and then UNDER the sidewalk to the gutter. They did a good job by returning the top soil dirt back into the trench and the sod back in place. They did poke a small hole in the plastic window well cover with a shovel, but it's no big deal (we sealed it with duct tape, and big flowerpots will cover it in the summer). Joe Basham was very polite & friendly, and he and his crew did an excellent job!"
