The work was completed professionally and according to the agreed upon schedule. "After job was done. Water was found in the crawl space. They came to check it and could not find where the water was coming from instead of further investigating. Then they cut two holes in the sealed lining which is supposed to be sealed. The drain pipe they installed just drains out into my yard and now I have water standing in my back yard. Very poor. Now I have other problems."

"Chris & CJ from Stay Dry repaired a leak in our exterior gutter drain system that was originally installed by Stay Dry in 2021. They arrived on time and efficiently & neatly (had to dig to uncover about 12 ft of pipe) repaired the underground leak start to finish in about one hour, being careful not to damage nearby plants & flowers. This 5 star review is for Chris' & CJ's performance only. Cost is unknown as our condo assn would handle costs, if any. Should be zero as this should be warranty work."
