First started with my awesome Sales Rep Lance who understood my needs and provided a straight forward quote. I stopped by the showroom to see the windows in person and Lance greeted me gave me a walk through and I made the purchase on the spot. The price was very competitive in comparison to the competitor with the name in reverse :). After purchase Dustin came out for some official final measurements and I received weekly emails on the status of my windows and patio doors. About 8 weeks later I got the call your windows are in and installation was scheduled for the following week. The installation team arrived on time and were very professional and all worked well and treated my home like it was their own home.
