"Hi Mr. [Consumer Name Removed], We?re sorry to hear about your concerns, and we?d like to respectfully respond to clarify several of the statements made in your review: Claim: "Renew Home Exteriors will immediately try to get you into signing a contract that they can later can and will sue you about." Response: This is inaccurate. Our first appointment with you was in March, and you did not sign your contract until the end of June?nearly three months later. That is hardly a pressured timeline, and it?s consistent with how we treat all our customers: with patience and transparency. We only seek legal resolution when a contract has been clearly breached and all other avenues have been exhausted. Claim: "This company will not give you a receipt detailing what you have paid for..." Response: Every customer receives a detailed contract outlining all materials, labor, and services included. Payment receipts and itemized documentation are always available and can be re-sent upon request. We maintain organized records for accountability on both sides. Claim: "...they can give you low quality products maximizing their profit." Response: We only use high-quality materials from top-tier manufacturers, clearly specified in the signed contract. Our company?s reputation has been built on quality craftsmanship and durable products, and we stand behind the materials we install. Claim: "They will not give you the quality or service that you are under contract to get..." Response: Our production team completes projects to the exact scope and standards detailed in each customer?s agreement. We address issues proactively and communicate frequently throughout the process. In your case, we made extensive efforts to go above and beyond the original agreement to meet your expectations. Claim: "...they will attempt to get around this by forcing you to sign change orders..." Response: This is misleading. After the originally selected brick color was installed per the signed contract, your wife expressed dissatisfaction and requested a more tan look. To accommodate this change, we issued a change order, tore down the already-installed brick at our own cost, added the new requested material, and even included a free ledge upgrade as a courtesy. These steps were taken solely to satisfy your revised preferences. Unfortunately, to this day, payment for the completed work has not been made. After repeated attempts to resolve this amicably, we discovered a pattern indicating that you have failed to pay multiple contractors in the past. Because of your clear breach of contract, we had no choice but to pursue legal action to recover payment for the labor and materials delivered. We pride ourselves on honest business practices and standing by our customers. When that respect is not reciprocated, we take the necessary legal steps to protect our business and team. If you would like to settle this matter or further discuss your concerns, our team remains available. ?The Renew Home Exteriors Team"
