The price we paid was exactly what was quoted. Demo and construction were delayed a bit because of the unusually wet summer, but they were always here when they said they would be. "Showed up on time and work was completed over the next few days  The work seems satisfactory and they worked with building superintendent as the work progressed to make sure things met code. The worker were friendly and work was reviewed with me as completed.
One minor complaint. The workers dumped their lunch trash in my garbage cans unbagged. Fortunately I have a teenage son with too much time on his hands to clean up such stuff.
