"The job went very well. The person that I spoke to in the office, John, was very knowledgeable, reasonable and helpful. I inadvertently sent the deposit to the wrong address. John didn't complain or change our scheduled install date. When I needed to delay the install (wasn't able to prep the site in time), he accepted it without any complaint. They built the shed on time, and didn't let recent rains affect our spot on the schedule. The builder Bob, was very pleasant and did a quick and professional job. Joseph was the first company to contact me after requesting estimates from a few companies. He and his crew were efficient, professional, and very detail oriented. My existing deck was removed very quickly and then came the building of the substructure. I had done quite a bit of research and had experience with building decks. I was very pleased to see a detailed plan of the substructure and interested in watching it come together.
