"Yes, that is true. Our crew did come out and start digging holes, but that same day you came out and showed our crew a picture of a magazine and said "when you're done, my deck better look just like this". Our crew decided to pack up and head back to our office. Relayed the message to the owner and refused to go back and build the deck. We are in the process of refunding his whole deposit. If anyone got cheated I believe it would be our company as we had to pay for that crew to drive there and come back the same day plus paid for all his permits and fees to get this project started."
"when me and you spoke I said we had a project going on in Lancaster and the one evening when they left that project they would stop by and work on your door since then that project has been put on hold because the owners can't make their mind up on what kind of decking they want so we're not in Lancaster at the moment as I stated to you in the phone conversation we will come back and fix your doors I understand it is an inconvenience with the locks not working right and we will get there ASAP thank you and we appreciate your business and your patience in this matter"
