"MR. ROOTER of Cincinnati is an abusive company with a long list of complaints with the BBB to back it up. Long story short, they came to assess a clogged drain, and then assured me they’d be able to unclog it. They then failed to unclog it. Then, instead of just charging me a service fee for coming out, they charged me a full $371.10 for NOT unclogging the drain. Then when I asked to see the service agreement, their supervisor said they’d call the police on me for nonpayment, and they would not allow me to review it. All this as I held my 3 month old baby in my arms. Also, they tried to up sell me with other ways to fix the drain that cost $7,000 and $10,000. I have since found several other reputable companies who charge a fraction of the cost for the exact same fix. If you or someone you know has also had a negative experience with MR ROOTER please send a Facebook message to John Matarese with Chanel 9 to file a complaint.
