"Jim Thompson came and took my washer apart. He said that it needed a part that he had to order and he would come back the next day to replace it. I paid him $135.00 and he never returned to repair my washer. He hasn't returned my voicemail messages or responded to my email requesting a response. UPDATE: Provider stole the water pump. Now, I must buy another water pump + pay for another provider to repair my washer."
