small appliance repair
 + -1 morePoor. They had me send back their defective espresso machine (still under the 1 year warranty) to be fixed or replaced. I did so 4 weeks ago and have not heard back from them after numerous attempted contacts. Then last week they sent me someone else's product by "mistake" which was a food slicer. No responses to clear this up.
Description of Work: Repair/replacement of a HB-CEM20P Espresso/Coffee machine.
