"This company is very pushy to get you to sign up. After that, it is up to you to make all contact with them. After about 3 weeks I had to reach out to them to schedule. We had wanted all 3 things done at the same time since we have dogs and wanted to get it done at the same time. When they did come out, they did not have the equipment to treat for army worms. Then we had to reschedule for that at a later date. I emailed the company on Oct 18th and explained I was not seeing any new growth in the bare spots. I even loosened the soil with a garden rack the day before they reseeded. They replied to the email and said they would open a free service call ticket to evaluate the reseeding. Guess what...haven't heard a word from them 3 weeks later!"

"I have just cancelled my service. This is the second year in a row that they have scheduled an aerate and overseed without my permission. I have asked for a two day notice for lawn service and they can't even do that! Last time two times they came to fertilize they yard it the grass was severely burnt. I called and they sent someone to fix the burnt spots, and he acted like he had no idea what he was doing, and of course the issue was not resolved. This company does not have good customer service.
