DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR BED BUGS. I bought a house not knowing it had bed bugs. I wanted to treat ASAP so I could move in. The website says that they have chemical and heat options for the treatment of bed bugs and that they will inspect and make a recommendation based on the circumstances. This is false. They do NOT have heat treatment. The receptionist said that the chemical treatment should be good enough and that heat treatment is really expensive. What she did not mention is that chemical treatment does not solve the problem because it does not kill the eggs. I was not informed of this until after they had taken my payment and started treating. I asked how many treatments I will need and how long it will be before I can move my stuff in. The receptionist said the technician will make recommendations after he is finished. I was told the exterminator would let me know what he found. The only information I received was on the back of my receipt, which said “Bugs found. Treated.” They have a “text us” option on their web site. I was at work and could not talk on the phone, so I texted the number asking for clarification and a plan to exterminate the issue completely. I never received a text back or a call back. When at the house 2 days after treatment, I found a live bed bug. I hired a different company to heat treat, which immediately solves the issue because it kills bed bugs in all stages of life. The other company even has a 90 day warranty. The chemical treatment cost me $350, and the heat treatment cost me $1,350. But with needing multiple treatments, the chemical treatment would probably have cost the same or even more. And that doesn’t include having to pay at least an extra month of rent on top of my mortgage because I don’t want to move all of my belongings in to a house with bed bugs. I wasted $350 on something that didn’t work. Learn from my mistake.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], I am very sorry you are not happy with our service. We do offer heat treatments and chemical treatments for bed bugs as listed on our website. The generator on our heat trailer is currently being worked on therefore we are not able to offer our heat treatments at this time until it is fixed. We quoted you our chemical treatment as an alternative and you authorized our service. The chemical treatment does work and does kill bed bug eggs. One product we use is called Temprid and this is listed from the manufacture "Temprid FX's dual-action formula is effective against all strains of bed bugs, even killing eggs and newly-hatched nymphs. It doesn't stain, has minimal odor, and is safe for use on virtually any surface found throughout your home." Once again, I am sorry you are not happy with our service. We do our best to make sure our customers are treated properly and are satisfied with our services. I am confident our treatment would have worked as we perform a lot of them successfully."

They performed a general bug treatment that literally did nothing. They said I could call back within 60 days if bugs were still showing up and they would come back and retreat. I called 2 weeks past the 60 day period because life is extremely busy, and they said 'so sorry, but you're past the 60 days.' Thanks a lot, will never use you or refer you to anyone else.

They scheduled a appointment to visit to access the issue and gave us a cost. We agreed and they cam back promptly in less than 36 hours to place the traps. They will come back in 2 weeks to look at them and refill if necessary.

The first house was great in time did great job. Second house DOD go as smooth, no call back I had to use another company. I pull cabinets off and wanted them to spray before new cabinets went in.

The service provider did not provide a local recommendation. And, if this was something you did not want to do, it should have been stated at the time of the call, not after we change our work schedule to be at home. The representative who answered the call did consult with someone twice while she was speaking with us. When she left the voice message, she said exactly what I originally stated in my initial review. And, let's be frank, you weren't trying to save us money, you just didn't want to bother with it. We are still having the issue. We know exactly what room is affected, and this is the only room that has the problem. So I'm not sure how hard it would be to track them. Without coming out to see the problem, I don't see how you could even say how difficult it would be. The bottom line is that you said you would come out, we changed our schedules, then get a voice message that you are not coming out. It was on a Friday and we didn't have time to make calls to get another company out on Monday.

"Knowing the urgency of the problem with stinging insects inside of a house and the fact that we are only in Chillicothe twice per month we told the homeowner it would be in her best interest to contact another company at this time or purchase some insect light traps that will help collect the yellow jackets. Yellow Jackets inside of a structure during late fall if very difficult to pinpoint and treat effectively with one service. It would not be cost effective for us to travel to Chillicothe if several treatments were required. We were just being honest and trying to save the homeowner money buy recommending a local company for this particular service. I am sorry she is upset and gave us a bad review. Please know that we were only acting in your best financial interest."

Their people are very knowledgeable and it's been a couple of time now that I think about it where the time didn't solve the problem and they come back and this one guy a lot of pride he was not gonna get let these curse ants he was gonna do whatever it took to get them out of there and sometimes it's just some creative approaches and everything, I though it was kind of funny, but he's professional pride that he's gotta figure out exactly where they are and how to get to them.
