They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"Four men showed up on time, did a quality job, were very professional, answered all of my questions, and did the job right. I N/A for price because I wanted exceptional work, which I received! you cannot put a price on that! they were worth every penny! I would use them again without giving it another thought. Upon inspecting the property on February 27th, 2014 it was discovered that the previous contractor had made an attempt to repair the 4 inch main sanitary line coming from the main floor.
 It was discovered that the work previously preformed was against code and illegal. It was also discovered that none of the work preformed was primed or glued. the entire existing repair that was installed by previous contractor had to be removed. All new 4 inch schedule 40 had to be re- routed and re- done accordingly.
 In the opposing room, upon opening a patch in the floor it was discovered that the 4 inch main sanitary line where the raw sewage was pushing up through the flood had a metal tin patch laid over top of brake. This section of floor obviously had to be opened up 3 times wider and repaired with the proper schedule 40 sanitary line."
