Then they attached sister joists to the damaged ones and then lowed the new joists down onto the sill board. They also used blocking boards to repair/re-enforce the damaged Band/Rim joists as well. Very friendly and courteous. Cleaned up after the job as well."

No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. My basement was flooding every time we got rain, and so I had Danny of Reliable Waterproofing rout all of the water into the exterior sump pump, and that solved the problem. I would recommend them very highly, I was very happy with the work. Excellent customer service - they did this work in the fall, and over the winter, the hole had settled. They came back in the Spring and repaired the damage for me."
