They arrived on time and got right to work.  Really pleasant and helpful, easy to work with.
 I didn't know if they could do the entire job for the 2 big deals that I purchased, but hoped that at least the family room could be completed.  In addition to a few patched areas, they did 2 coats of paint in both the family room and kitchen.  It cost a little more, but I'm really grateful that they completed both rooms.  They really pushed to finish both rooms.

"Overall the entire experience was good and I wouldn't have a problem recommending them although they didn't get the opportunity to perform any service due to the diagnosis.
Robert was the plumber assigned to come to my home. I didn't get the pre-appointment call like I expected and that made me a little nervous that maybe there was a mix up and the appointment might not happen, so I called the number to enquire. When calling their number, the selections don't guide to you enquire about an existing appointment, so I just chose the "make an appt" selection so that i could speak to anyone. The operator was very nice and helpful. I explained that I had not received a call and it was my appointment time, so I wanted to confirm that everything was still on, she checked and confirmed then called Robert who called me back. I only share that for the benefit of Flow-Rite. It would be beneficial to have the phone selections say something that includes "confirm appointment or enquire about appointment", or provide the number of the plumber so that the customer can call if they haven't heard or if there is a change.
Once I connected with Robert, all was fine. He showed up, put shoe covers on, was aware of the issue from my description on the phone and we proceeded to the bathroom. He asked lots of good questions about how long we've had the issue, I shared the things I've observed and done myself to resolve, then he proceeded to check out things for himself by going in the attic and looking under the sinks, running water, listening for signs that would indicate specific problems. He even used a scope to check for blockages. Unfortunately he didn't find anything that would explain the slow drains. There were no blockages and the venting was ok. He concluded that I probably have a non-level pipe behind the wall that connects the 2 sinks in the master bath and because of that conclusion there was nothing else he could do unless I wanted to start tearing into the walls. Obviously this left me with something to think about. I paid using a credit card because they use an ipad based payment system, which is cool. I received a discount due to Angies List and the final bill didn't feel unreasonable at all. I honestly was expecting it to be $150.

"Overall, it went well. I contacted them after seeing their name on Angie's List. Tim Matthews, who is the landscaping supervisor came over and we toured our yard and discussed what to do. He seemed very knowledgeable about the different plants and trees and where to place which ones. I didn't hear from him and had to call Steve Hall, the owner. I got a call back from Tim apologizing because of the heavy work load. After that, the communication was better. I told him that we needed the job done by a certain day and it was. My husband and I are pleased by the results. He did add some things in so our original estimate was higher but I agreed to all the additions and he told me some of the additional costs up front before he did them. We have trouble keeping landscapers. I hope we will have Halls as our landscapers for many years to come."
