The owner, Dan was very knowledgeable, honest and executed our vision for the basement. He gave us a clear timeline of how long the project would take and was great at communicating and keeping us in the loop. They also had an interior designer on the team to help us select paint colors and flooring (we didn’t know this was included in the quote and was a great added bonus). During the construction, the job site was meticulously cleaned at the end of the day and all the workers were extremely courteous and respectful and I felt safe having them there even with small children in the house. The main guy working our job site was Jon. He was so nice and did an amazing job with all the little details and was extremely professional. "Very well. Tristan was professional, prompt, and polite. He understood immediately our need to have a way to get down basement stairs safely. I am 80. My husband is 84, a Vietnam veteran with Parkinson's and terrible back pain. Tristan installed grab bars at top of stairs. He also cleaned up afterward!! Takessha walked me through everything that they were going to do, take out tub, remove all tile and drywall.I had a drain pipe, that ran along my tub on the outside wall.
