He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. What was thought to be a two-day job and ended up being a one-day job. I would hire Ohio basement authority if I again if I had any more problems and I'd certainly recommend them to anyone who does have a problem."
