Nothing was done and about 50% was done of what they were paid to do. We are trusting people and paid in full as we were assured they would be back to finish and clean up and fix the damages. No. Kyle is extremely unprofessional and certainly not trustworthy. His excuse now after letting time run out with the BBB is that we wouldnâ t pay in full if it wasnâ t correct. We were scammed by this complany. He now acts like and actually said we are trying to swindle money from him. That couldnâ t be further from the truth. All weâ ve asked is for him to do what he says. He was here promptly at the time he said he was going to be He was up in the attic. I didn’t even know it. He was so quiet and so thorough. He did such an amazing job so quickly. I was just incredibly impressed. He was done within a couple of hours which shocked me. He asked me how I liked it. If there was anything I needed to change on it. He sent me a couple of emails prior letting me know what I needed to purchase a dimmer switch and some lightbulbs. It looks amazing. He did an amazing job. I would use him again if necessary. I did ask him about putting a vent in my garage for cigarette smoke for some people that come over we talked about that he talked about some interesting personal issues in his life, family friends.
