"The workers and office staff were easy to talk to, well informed, courteous , and efficient. They performed a thorough inspection. "These poor guys!  For almost a month we could not get them to return our phone calls, but after further investigation their VM provider was not notifying them of the VMs.  After we reestablished communication through the tile supplier, they were superb! Our new bathroom floor is a tribute to their workmanship.  After thirty days of use, we do not see any flaws.  We would definitely recommend them for tile.  
I do hope they fired their VM provider!!!
