Excellent work. Highly recommended. Pricey but worth it.

The repairman called ahead and arrived on time. He was neat, clean and very professional. Unfortunately, he could not fix it, but he clearly explained that parts were not available from the manufacturer of the fire place, and they do use "after market" parts for very good reason which he explained. I was impressed and pleased with his professionalism and attitude. I would confidently recommend this company To anyone needing this type of service. They may not be the cheapest, "But you get what you pay for".

The technician arrived on-time, thoroughly evaluated the gas fireplace, cleaned it, and started it up. He also checked it for CO leaking. Throughout his visit, he explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. Very knowledgeable & professional! My only ‘negative’ was the price of the service call, which was $175. There were no parts needed, and this service call lasted about 45 minutes.

I made an appointment and they called me when they were on the way. I have an older wood garage door and they didn't have the right size spring in the truck, but they repaired it so that I could use it until the part came in. A few days later when the spring came in they called and we made an appointment. Again, they called when they were on their way. They came and did a very professional job. I was pleased with the work and the cost. I would use them again.

Garage door was stuck open. Called first thing in the morning, and they were able to send a repair person within 30 minutes. Quickly diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and was able to do the repair on the spot. Greatly appreciative of how quickly they were able to take care of this!

Installer was on time, professional in appearance and manner, and did a great job in a timely fashion.

They do good work but they are expensive. I'm actually going to have them replace my garage door as well. The garage door opener was done under warranty. The work they are going to do on my garage door is like, $800. That is probably going to be done in the next month. They were the ones who did the initial garage door installation and they had a sticker on the door. They did great. It was very quick. They treated us well, they came in, they did the work very quickly, and resolved the problem. They are a bit pricey but not on that particular service because they ended up doing it under warranty.

He was fast and did a good job. He explained everything and I liked that.

It was fine. They did what they were supposed to do. They came out and told me what they could do. They gave me the kind of door I wanted and installed it without any problems. The price was reasonable. It was a really unusual door so I had no comparisons.

The technician came by the same day I phoned for service, determined what needed to be repaired and closed my garage. The necessary part was ordered and the door was back in operation within a few days. What great service! And, this is not the first time that they have been so responsive and helpful!

Overall experience was good.

They were the original installer of the garage door and we have had them service them since then. They warned us a few years ago that the spring was going to go. They had someone out in less than 24 hours for no emergency fee or anything like that. I was incredibly impressed. When I call, they show up, they get the job done and they don't try to sell me anything extra.

Set up our gas logs, but were not licensed to fix a gas leak that was found. Tech arrived on time and was thorough.

They did a good job the logs were posotioned wrong from the last person so said the repair man so he fixed those and gave our fireplace a little tune up.

Set up to have garage door installed over the phone, they were organized and friendly. The dollar amount spent was for the installation of the new door, and the upgrade to a better door. The company took care of the warranty work in regards to the old door that was only 5 years old. They showed up on time, and installed the new door, it looks and operates great. I am as satisfied as i can be after buying a new garage door.

The receptionist was pleasant along with the person who schedules appointments. The technician was punctual. When I told him I needed to drive my child to school, he said he would be done in 5 more minutes. He then told me to go ahead and take my time. I was torn between staying the 5 more minutes and having my child late to school or drive my child to school. I chose to drive my child to school. The technician was very professional and customer oriented and I really appreciate that.
