"Here at Kicking Ash, we try to satisfy all of our customers to the best of our abilities. When customers have concerns, those concerns are addressed with the employees as these concerns will be. We do apologize for any frustrations that were caused."
"Thank you so much for the opportunity to work with you. Dryer vents are rarely thought of but tend to be one of the main causes of house fires. It's amazing how something so small can cause so much damper. Thanks again and we hope to continue working with you over the years."
"Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to work with you on the fireplace. We were glad to assist you on this project."
"We are so sorry for the frustration that you have experienced. Unfortunately, the gas appliance that you have is not one that we have access to for replacement parts. It's not that we are not licensed to service the unit, it's that we are not an authorized dealer for your fireplace. Therefore any parts that we would have to get would be more costly for you unless you went through an authorized dealer. The fee is our trip cost to come out and inspect the system to see if we can repair or if we can put you in the right direction for the repair. That is why we didn't charge for a service of the unit. Once again we apologize for the frustration and hope that you are able to find the dealer for your unit."

"Thank you so much for the kind words. Glad that we could be helpful with the servicing of your fireplace."
"I wanted to take this opportunity to do a step by step walk through on this project. In all fairness, after we completed our install, the drywall crew that was hired after us removed are material and put up their own drywall which is what caused the damage. Once we were notified of the issue, we can back and had to fix the mistakes that the sub-par drywall crew made. Warning, once a fireplace installer has installed all the UL Listed material, please do not allow another company to remove it and put something else up or it can catch on fire as evidenced in this project. However, we were glad that we could come back and fix their mistakes. It's always best practice to allow the fireplace company to do the complete job instead of cutting corners to save cost. I hope that the drywall company that was used first stays away from fireplaces."
"Thank you so much for the opportunity. We were glad to be able to assist you with this service."
"Thank you for giving us the chance to assist you with this service on your fireplace."
"I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for any confusion. As we showed the inner pictures of your chase framing where all the interior studs were rotted out and the draft stops were rotted, that is why we recommended the reframing of the chase. I see the screws missing from the termination cap and we should have put extra screws in. But when we see violations inside the chase, we are required to inform you. I am sorry that we had to give you bad news, but we must follow the codes and standards that are written by local jurisdiction. The sizing of the chase cover is what is required by the manufacturer of your fireplace and not set by us. I hope that the other chimney companies are following code and manufacturers specification. Once again, sorry for having to give you bad news as it relates to code and manufacturer's specs."
"Thank you so much for the kind words."
