"Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company! They are extremely predatory and convinced my 63 year old mother that she had to sign the contract THAT DAY, and she didn’t even understand what she was signing! The first day they were scheduled to do the job, they showed up hours late, and said they “weren’t the right crew to do the job”. We then had to wait a couple weeks for a different crew to come, and when they came they said they weren’t the right crew to do the job either!! 2 weeks later, ANOTHER crew came and said THE SAME EXACT THING!!! So after 3 times of getting the runaround, I was completely FED UP with this horrible company and decided to cancel the contract. They FINALLY did let me cancel, but are demanding we still pay $600! After all they put us through over 3+ months, they had the nerve to charge us $600 for an outlet! PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! All they care about is dollar signs, not about the QUALITY of their work or customer service."

He throughly explained everything and told us how we could do it ourselves for much cheaper than a contractor could do it. When I raised concerns, the first project manager dismissed them, then emailed that they had installed a ?vapor barrier per contract,? which was false. A second project manager later admitted in writing that the work was not a full encapsulation and that pricing drove their decision to downgrade the scope?without informing me or changing the contract. Despite my efforts to resolve this professionally, including providing a third-party inspection showing missing components and offering to negotiate, the company missed three deadlines to respond. "
