"Our only toilet in the house was clogged. But not in the toilet it was way down in the line somewhere. I called several plumbers and no one could get to it till after the weekend. It was after hours and I called George's drain left a message and he called me right back. After explaining to him that was the only toilet we had he legitimately seemed like he cared and said that he would be on his way. He showed up about 20 minutes later. Very polite very courteous great attitude. It was quite the job he wasn't able to reach the clog with the normal stuff so it had to bring in the big guns. He had to take out our whole toilet and it's not a normal toilet but he did it I told him just break it and he didn't want to do that. He was here till about 9:30 at night. It took several hours but he did not give up and he fixed it and now it's working great and gave me a 30-day warranty and a call back the next day to see if everything was still okay. This guy is A+++ I would recommend to anybody. "

"Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company! They are extremely predatory and convinced my 63 year old mother that she had to sign the contract THAT DAY, and she didn’t even understand what she was signing! We then had to wait a couple weeks for a different crew to come, and when they came they said they weren’t the right crew to do the job either!! 2 weeks later, ANOTHER crew came and said THE SAME EXACT THING!!! So after 3 times of getting the runaround, I was completely FED UP with this horrible company and decided to cancel the contract. They FINALLY did let me cancel, but are demanding we still pay $600! After all they put us through over 3+ months, they had the nerve to charge us $600 for an outlet! PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! All they care about is dollar signs, not about the QUALITY of their work or customer service."
