"There were quite a few issues along the way. Bottom line, their communication should have been better. I had to complain to achieve a desirable outcome and get the job over the finish line. At the end of the day, they provided quality work and they corrected all of the issues I had. I didn't love that the sales person quoted a flat rate and wouldnt include a price breakdown. I feel like I overpaid for what was done, but my foundation and crawl are cleaned up and sealed, and I know it was done right."

"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. They were recommended by my stepdad who had them do a crawlspace encapsulation on his house. He said they perform first class workmanship and were professional. The owner also came back after the work was finished to ensure that everything was done correctly. Would recommend to anyone needing any work done on their crawlspace."

"I hired Alltek to install a drainage system in my crawlspace. This company was very helpful, the quality of their work was awesome. The salesman came to my house, explained everything in detail and the estimate was FREE! I had gotten estimates from a couple other companies and Alltek was by far the cheapest. They were able to start my job within weeks of the estimate.and when the workers showed up they were very friendly and prompt. They put in a drainage system with a sump pump and encapsulated the crawlspace. I would Highly recommend Alltek for any job that you need done. Great company and employees. No more standing water in our craw space. Sump pump replaced and reconfigured. Below grade drains placed at foundation with 4à ¢à  à  drain tubes with silt socks going to sump. Trench filled with pea gravel. Also placed around furnace platform area draining under foundation. Excellent service for a fair price. Their staff were very helpful and courteous.
