I called to get an estimate on a gutter cleaning. I received a call back within the hour and a quote was scheduled for that day. I was braced for a steep price, but the quote was fair and reasonable and he was able to do the work on the spot. We also spoke about other work needed and I will be calling him to schedule that soon. He is a busy guy and for good reason.

Owner of WAM came out one day to look at the roof tiles and came out the the NEXT day to replace the tiles (Wind storm caused tiles to disappear. Only 2 Tiles found but 6 tiles missing). Winds were 80-100 mph. Two hours later I paid the WAM guy who was done.

VERY knowledgeable in his trade. Timely, can do attitude!!! Maybe a little pricey for actual job scope but overall I am super pleased and will utilize his services again.

Andrew repaired my awning that 4-2-24 straight line wind about tore it off. 3 anchor bolts out & the rest loose! A rail bent really bad, etc. He knew what he was doing & got it just about like new! Andrew was our contractor. He upgraded our bathroom to be ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant. I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues. Andrew is very knowledgeable and professional. He removed and replaced our bathroom door to make it wider. He removed and replaced the bathroom vanity, toilet, exhaust fan and shower. Andrew also altered 2 closets to custom fit the shower pan into the floor. He removed and capped 2 sconce lights we wanted removed. Andrew also removed and replaced tile work around the new shower. Andrew has a great customer service attitude. He is able to explain clearly what it takes to complete the job, what exactly he will be providing for the money you are paying. He quickly communicated issues that came up and solutions around them that were inexpensive and quick. He also kept the area he was working in a clean as possible. I as a disabled veteran with high expectations absolutely appreciate Andrew's skills as a contractor and human being.

Andrew called me within minutes of asking for a quote. He came to my house the same evening, went and got parts and fixed my kitchen sink all within little over an hour. It works and looks great! I would highly recommend and will be using his services again in the future

He and his young helper Matthew returned the next day and completed the job. It was so great to have someone actually respond and show up to do the work.
