"The owner came down to give us an estimate on what it would take to fix standing water issue in a house we were looking at purchasing. He performed a thorough inspection on what was causing the water to sit in the crawlspace and went over what would be required to keep the moisture and water from affecting the structural integrity of the house. While we did not end up purchasing the home, we greatly appreciated his willingness to come down and do an inspection and give us an estimate. "I hired Alltek to install a drainage system in my crawlspace. This company was very helpful, the quality of their work was awesome. The salesman came to my house, explained everything in detail and the estimate was FREE! I had gotten estimates from a couple other companies and Alltek was by far the cheapest. They were able to start my job within weeks of the estimate.and when the workers showed up they were very friendly and prompt. "I made an offer on a home contingent to the home inspection and found foundation problems that need to be addressed as time was of the essence I need to find a foundation specialist I called several foundation specialist and no one answered finally I called advance restoration and waterproofing and they answered their phone in person and I told them that I was running out of time and need an estimate as soon as possible and they worked me into their schedule the next morning very professional and excellent work."
