After finding more information and reviews on the opener system he recommended, I decided to go with the new opener systems. We set up an appointment for the next morning and again he arrived at the time we set. The installation was completed within the estimated time. He disposed of the old opener systems, cleaned up and went over all aspects of operation. I am very pleased with the quality of the opener system they recommended and the work performed

Maybe the only complaint is that one of the workers left a cord on the floor when they should have not, but they came back and fixed the problem. The pricing is a little higher than we wanted, but they didn't charge when they came back to fix their problem. The service ended up fine at the end. They did leave a little mess though. I would probably use their service again in the future

- ROGERS OVERHEAD DOORThey were putting the springs in backward so they would have failed again much more quickly than they should have. They had to leave my house in the middle of the job to go somewhere else and they left all of their things lying around. I had another company come out to finish the job and they informed me that the springs had been installed backward, and they ended up correcting the problem. When I brought the problem to their attention, they reimbursed me because they had been installing the springs incorrectly. They even got in trouble with the manufacturer of the springs
